Shipping Info

All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS. 

All items are thoroughly inspected by Shoe Connection trained staff prior to shipping.

We work diligently to ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5:00 EST will be shipped out the same day from our warehouse in Tampa Florida. Orders are prepared 7 days a week, but shipped out Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. Delivery times and shipping expense for all methods of shipping we use may vary by where the items are being shipped to, weight and size, which are all automatically calculated at the checkout page when the address or shipping destination are entered. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territoriesAll domestic orders are shipped through USPS and will usually arrive in approxiomately 1-6 business days. Our warehouse is located in Tampa, Florida. If your shipping area is closer to us, you will receive your package usually in 1-3 days. You may also choose more expedited methods and a signature confirmation. With USPS you will be able to track your package all along the route of your package. We will send you a free delivery confirmation email when your package is shipped with your tracking number. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of the delivery of your package as it may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. 

APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES AND PO BOXES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Any items ordered to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service and may take anywhere from 10-30 business days through USPS depending on local USPS facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders of any items are shipped through USPS. If you would like for us to ship through UPS International or DHL International, please email us at customercare@shopshoeconnection.com or call us at (813)803-2201 with your request so that we may best accomodate it.

All applicable fees, import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are imposed by your respective government custom authorities and for additional information please contact your local customs office. 

Any special requests or large orders please email us at customercare@shopshoeconnection.com. Emails are answered in the order that they are received. Delays may occur during weekends and holidays.

While we do provide international shipping, we do not ship to any country with current OPEC sanctions on them nor do we accept their currencies. We appreciate your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Orders can be picked up two hours after purchase at the following location only:

Between the hours of Monday-Thursday 10:30 AM-8:30 PM, Friday-Saturday 10:30 AM-9:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM-6:00 PM. Your order invoice must be presented at pickup. If you need your order sooner than two hours, please contact us by email at customercare@shopshoeconnection.com or by phone at (813)803-2201 for better accomodations.

Local Pickup does not apply in conjuction with any sales or promotions online.

Refused and Rejected Packages

All refused packages of any items of any courier will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please do not reject delivery by any courier.

 

Your order may incur delays if your shipping address is different than your billing address or if you provided the wrong billing address, or your order goes into Verification Required. We will contact you if more information is needed in order to deliver your package.
