Store Credit/Exchanges must be preauthorized or your package will be returned to sender. All items are thoroughly inspected by Shoe Connection trained staff prior to shipping.
Absolutely no refunds will be given. Only exchanges on unworn, unaltered, and unwashed shoes.
If you believe you received an incorrect item you must contact us within 3 days of ship date received.
Shopshoeconnection.com recommends that you send back your exchange with a tracking or a proof of delivery or signature request from the courier of your choice, as this will protect you from the possibility of loss during shipping and it assures we receive the item. Simply email us at email@example.com with your Shoe Connection order number so we can authorize and document the exchange. Exchanges include only the full amount of the cost of the shoes. Original shipping charges are not included in the exchange.
Shopshoeconnection.com does not accept exchanges unless they are returned in their original shoe box and packaging. All shoe boxes must be shipped back in an outer carton. Any shoe boxes shipped back without an outer shipping carton will be refused. We are constantly receiving new styles therefore any shoes returned out of the 14 day exchange period from the date you received the item will be refused. No exchanges and no store credit will be issued for shoes that have been worn, altered, or used in anyway. Send all eligible shoes for exchange to:

You may also bring in your shoes in person to the address above. At this time, this is the only physical location you may bring your shoes back into.
All exchanges are final.
All items on our SALE handbags, clutches and accesories tab are a final sale, therefore non exchangeable and non refundable.
Store Credits (valid 1 year after issuance date)
Store Credits will be issued for returns or any balance remaining in the exchange dollar amount and will remain on file up to 1 year from the order date.
